Avolve Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates damaristrades.com and its related pages. We have a zero-tolerance policy against spam. This page states that policy plainly.
We Do Not Send Unsolicited Email
We prohibit the advertising of damaristrades.com, or any page or subdomain of damaristrades.com, through unsolicited email or other unsolicited messages. This prohibition applies to everyone, including:
- Us: our company, our founder, and every member of our team.
- Third parties: any contractor, vendor, or service provider working on our behalf.
- Affiliates and partners: we do not operate an affiliate program, and no one is authorized to promote our website by email or private message on our behalf.
Every Email List Is Opt-In
We only send email to people who asked for it. A person joins our list in one of two ways:
- They submit our registration form to attend a free live masterclass.
- They apply for our program or book a call with our team, and we correspond with them about their application or appointment.
We never buy, rent, trade, or scrape email lists. We never send bulk email to addresses that did not opt in through our own forms.
Easy Unsubscribe, Honored Immediately
Every marketing email we send includes a working one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and immediately by our email platform, and the address is never emailed marketing content again. You can also request removal at any time by writing to ota@damaristrades.com.
Reporting Violations
If you believe you received an unsolicited message advertising damaristrades.com, we want to know. Forward the message with its full headers to ota@damaristrades.com and we will investigate. Anyone found sending unsolicited messages that advertise our website will be barred from working with us and reported to their email provider.
